Commence Operation AccioCon

categories Conventions, Twilight Books

This morning we are in Orlando, FL prepping to start what we expect to be an exciting first day of the AccioCon Twilight/Harry Potter fan convention. There’s not much to report, just yet, except for the fact that Daymond, our on-staff artist, and I had a grand time at Walt Disney World yesterday. Kellan Lutz and Gil Birmingham were picked up from the airport yesterday (from my understanding) and are here in the hotel with us (we are on the same floor as they are). We are excited, nervous, happy, and stressed all at the same time. It’s a weird combination, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. More later…

UPDATE:  Well, I misspoke myself a bit.  It turns out Kellan and Gil are not staying at the same hotel we are.  There was a last minute change in that arrangement.  That’s okay, though.  We’re still on the 12th floor of the hotel, and let me tell you, it’s AWESOME!

This company is completly dishonest in their dealings with their customers. DO NOT order from them because if something is wrong they dont take responsibility nor will they try to make things right. For example I ordered the wrong size. I was charged shipping on it and then paid shipping on it again myself to have it returned. Therefore I was charged and paid $15.00 for shipping on a $13.50 shirt. The manager just makes excuses as to how they are a small struggling buisness and times are hard. Screw the Customers!- Its not as though they struggle. I will tell EVERYONE I know how awful I have been treated. Also Cafe Press.com has much more selection and the customer services is amazing. Do not be fooled into wasting your money on this companies products. SHAME ON YOU!

    Hello Summer,
I’m very sorry that you feel you received unfair treatment from our company. Our policies on returns are clearly stated on our web site under the Returns and Exchanges link. If mistakes are made on our part, we gladly accept returns at our expense. However, as our return policy states, if the mistake is on your end, you will be responsible for shipping costs to get the product back to us. During checkout, you agree to be held to the terms and conditions of buying from our site and are given an opportunity to once again read through those terms and conditions. We work VERY hard to deal honestly with our customers. Again, I am very sorry that you feel we have wronged you, and hope that you might give us another opportunity to show you that we really are good people.
