Feb 6, 2007 – International Shipping is now here! Well, at least in a testing form. We believe that we have finally figured out the bugs in the calculation methods for our international shipping system. The problem is, we don’t live internationally. We have tested the system as far as we can at this point, and we are putting it out there in a beta format. In other words, we need our international customers to give things a shot. If you have been waiting for us to get international shipping up and running before placing an order, please go ahead and order. If you’ve already placed an order, please contact us through e-mail to see what we can do.

Please keep in mind the following:

    • Credit card buyers shouldn’t run into any problems. We say “shouldn’t” in the sense of “probably won’t but you never know with computers these days.” Please let us know if you have any trouble processing your credit card orders.
      If you are planning to pay with a money order, please remember that all money orders must be drawn using U.S. funds.
      We cannot accept personal checks from international customers.

    • Feb 5, 2007 – We would like to explain a small point that may have become a cause for contention. During our pre-order phase, many of you have noticed that Twilight Teez has charged your various methods of payment prior to actually shipping your orders. Some of you have brought this up as a cause of great concern, and rightfully so. We would like to take an opportunity to reassure you that there is no malicious intent behind this practice. Twilight Teez is a legitimate business operating with the best of intentions towards our customers. We hope that you will not feel that we will not deliver a quality product for your hard-earned money. We absolutely intend to stand by our delivery date. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and make a full guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will make every effort to make it right.

    Twilight Teez, LLC is a family owned home based business. It’s creation was inspired by Stephenie Meyer, to fulfill her desire to provide specially designed T-shirts to her beloved fans based on her NY Times #1 best selling Twilight book series. There is no limit…we are here to STAY and give you all the t-shirts you want whenever you want…including new designs as time goes on.

    As Twilight fans ourselves, we can’t think of a better way to pay tribute to such a fabulously talented author and share in the Twilight world Stephenie has created. She has also given us permission to take submissions for FanMade designs. We’re still working on our “Submit An Idea” form and when that is ready we’ll inform you of our first contest – Woohoo!

    We are anticipating an extremely high demand, so be aware that beginning Feb. 10th, orders may take up to two weeks to be filled. Please bear with us as we get our fledgling wings trained for flight and soon enough we will have a routine in place to get your shirts out to you more quickly.

    Don’t forget to register for our newsletter to stay in the loop for new designs, contests and sales. We’ll even be able to give you the scoop on upcoming events Stephenie Meyer has in store for us. Also, please let us know if you see a problem on the site, even if it is a simple misspelling.
